You’ll notice two types of experience are offered: Auction experiences and “Buy Now” experiences. For auctions, Alaska will set the opening bid, bid increments, and auction duration, and you can submit your bid(s) while the auction is open. The highest bid wins.
For “buy now” experiences, the packages are set at a fixed price and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. You can redeem miles for these packages directly.
For Auction experiences: You can check your “Bid Status” on the site. Winners will be notified via email about next steps once the auction has closed.
For “Buy Now” experiences: Check your email for a confirmation of your purchase. Please note that miles will be debited from your account at the time of purchase and cannot be refunded..
